It marks the continued relationship of two Philadelphia-based companies working to grow and make the esports community more accessible on both the local and national level.
As part of the partnership, Linode will serve as the “Official Cloud Hosting Sponsor” of the National Championship Series, a multi-city tournament that gives casual gamers and aspiring esports athletes the opportunity to compete for cash prizes. Linode’s global cloud computing infrastructure will power Nerd Street Gamers’ tournament matchmaking application, Lobby.gg.
