Document Submission Guidelines

Government ID

A clear image of the front and back of your government issued ID
- Examples of acceptable documents include driver’s license, passport, resident ID, or voter card
You may blur or obscure sensitive document numbers such as driver’s license number, passport number, or other unique identification numbers
Your name, address, and the document expiration date should be clearly visible

Credit Card

A clear image of the front and back of the credit card associated with your Linode account
The name, expiration date, and last six (6) digits of the card number should be clearly visible
- You may blur or obscure the beginning digits of your credit card. Please ensure only the last six (6) digits are visible.

If one or more of the preferred documents above are not available for submission, our support team may ask you for alternative documentation for authentication
