Basically I need to manage my agile development project in Linode. Could you please help me with open source application(may be alternative JIRA) ?

I want to perform below tasks -

1) Requirement Management

2) Issue Tracking

3) Kanban Board

I would suggest you have a look at trac http://trac.edgewall.org/

I have used kanboard in the past - it is a very simple application and works great. http://kanboard.net/
