can't log into Roundcube webmail

After installing iRedAdmin which installed Roundcube I can not log into Roundcube or iRedAdmin.

My log in link looks like this https://bre.myphpdesigner.com/mail/ but this will not work if I replace it with the IP address it will log in

I can log into my web page with myphpdesigner.com but if I put the hostname in front of it I can not log into it

There's no DNS A record for bre.myphpdesigner.com

I know that but way did the program iRedAdmin set up every thing with the hostname in front of the domain name. bre is the servers hostname

Because it's stupid?

I have no clue.

Either add the A record for bre. or change the config files.

Or ask iRedAdmin.
