new kernel?

I rebooted when I saw that 3.16.5-x86_64-linode46 - 2014-10-13 is available. My nodes didn't pick up the new kernel though?

Freshly rolled kernels aren't linked as Latest immediately, so that early adopters can get some test time in before everybody is shifted onto them.
