Bandwidth Graphing

Hi,

I recently put together a bandwidth graphing script based on the new xml bandwidth query interface and I thought I'd post it for release. It aims to be pretty lightweight, easy to setup with few dependancies.

A quick update - I've made a couple of small modifications to make the output look prettier in Mozilla/Firefox (there were some missing image issues in v1.0)

You also need to download the s.gif file (1x1 pixel).
