How Long

How long in general does it take to get an answer from support? I created a ticket a week ago and I have not gotten a response yet.

i don't know but i have the same problem

i ve ordered and paid an 1 years of linode 64 last sunday(10 was available) (nearly one week now), and still no acccount, i ve write 2 or 3 email to the support but no answer at all.

i ve try to catch Caker on irc, but seem to be hard to caught him

May be the support is overbooked hehe

I looked at your latest ticket (and replied to the initial one). Your ticket was very vague, and I'm not sure how it involves Linode specifically (or what the question was to begin with).

Ha, my account is set up now

all is alright :)

that delay was du to a lot of fraud, and they look hand rewiewed each account
