PhpmyAdmin / MySql Session or token issue??

Hey bare with me in this post as i am still a noob when it comes to Ubuntu and web servers.

I have had this server for about a year now and it's all been amazing until recently where whenever i have tried to do anything Via phpmyadmin it has not allowed me to do so, no error just a picture,

i can edit rows via "inline edit" but if i try use and full edit it will not allow me to, the same with making more rows on current tables, i can acsess the new row /edit page but as soon as i click save i get this and that is all.

Anyone got any ideas?, i did try have a look on google, but without any error message there is't much i have to go on.
