Hello. Starting a video site, where users can upload an unlimited number of videos to our servers.

Thus, will need massive capacity, at the cheapest possible price.

Why don't you ask anyone of the fifty bazillion video hosting services what they use?

for a video site, I think network bandwidth is much more important than storage space. You don't want your users to upload tons of videos but find them slow to stream

just to provide an 'answer'… Amazon S3/Cloudfront? Pretty cheap, reliable, fast… not THE cheapest though.
