Installing LAMP using StackScripts vs vai SSH

Hello,

I deployed Ubuntu 12.04LTS using LAMP stackscript. Now when I booted the server for the first time, & check ip address on web-browser the apache gave

"Index of /" window. (with no items in table).

I was expecting

"it works" message, the one we usually see when installed apache manually via ssh.

What's going on? am I missing something?

Are any files missing in my LAMP deployment?

What site(s) are listed in your /etc/apache2/sites-available & /etc/apache2/sites-enabled directories?

What does your 'default' vhost file look like?
