password reset problem

I got linode alerts below:

Hello linuxertony! The following activity has recently occurred:

  • linode231958 - (13244561) System Shutdown - Completed Sat, 24 Aug 2013 14:08:57 GMT

when I login I found that maybe I forget the password for Linode manager, so I reset it, and

it display — Instructions for completing the password reset may have been emailed to you. —

But actually I didn't get the email. I sought help from support@linode.com and service@linode.com, but no feedback email.

Please tell me what can I do now ?

Try phoning them https://www.linode.com/about/

I also sent an e-mail to support last night because I lost my 2-factor token, and I have yet to hear back from them about 9 hours later. That is not an acceptable response time.

EDIT: Obs has 1701 posts as of this moment :)

whistles star trek theme tune damn made it 1702 :P

Oddly enough I emailed them the other day and I've not had a response either. Support tickets are working fine though.

Yes, I'll just log into the manager and create a trouble ticket about not being able to log into the manager…

What's going on at Linode? Still no reply to my support e-mail, still locked out of the manager.

We respond to each and every email, usually within minutes. If you haven't received a response from us in this long, then something went wrong. I suggest giving us another shout, or giving us a ring!

I'll send a follow-up mail, but you've got three people in this thread all saying that they never got a response from support via e-mail; you may want to check if you've got some technical problem there.

EDIT: Linode did reply to my second mail to start the account recovery process, and said that they're investigating the reports of e-mail problems.
