Email solutions?

I have tried to install a mail-server several times, but failed each time. Problem is I have no idea what I am doing, contrary to a web server where I do have some idea what I am doing. So, I will give up for now and concentrate on getting better at linux, nginx (& apache), mysql and php.

But I need an email solution for my websites:

For 1 site I have Google Apps, but that was before they started charging money. I only need 1 email address for each domain and I have 6 other domains and I don't mind paying a little.

What are my options?

• Namecheap?

• Rackspace?

• Google Apps (bit expensive for just a mailbox)

• …?

I don't need them to take care of my domain name, just a mailbox info@mydomain.com I can point to.
