Error: (70007)The timeout specified has expired: mod_fcgid

Hi everybody

I get following error when trying to upload images from my android app

(70007)The timeout specified has expired: mod_fcgid: can't get data from http client

I went through this http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56497 forum topic to increase fcgid timeout value

But it seems not sorted yet.

Can anybody please help.
