Getting Another Linode To Keep Website Uptime

Sorry for my inexperience.

I want two linodes to be set up in a way where both are exact replicas of eachother and while one linode is down for whatever reasons, it automatically gets routed to the other linode and end user don't feel a thing.

Can some one point me in the right direction ?

Thanks for the reply.

What is the difference between nodebalancer and high availability ? Are they both used in conjunction ? Some guidance will be appreciated.
