Server Tuning Help

performance

I currently run my own Linode server with about 20 sites on it. Things seem to be running 'OK' but I am not a professional admin and I would like to hire someone to look it over and give recommendations on performance/security.

Any ideas where to find someone to help me out with this? Thanks!
