Hi, Im interested in getting a vds for my irc server (I run it on a shell account but it goes down too much so I need to switch).

Do the distributions include mysql?

and will I be billed the same day that I order each month? (aka if I order the 15th, next month on the 15th my card will be charged, etc).

Most of the distros include mysql, with the exception of the Debian semi-bare-bones distro. Of course, you're free to install anything you need into your Linode.

Also, we pro-rate everyone's first month, so that future billings are all from the 1st to the last day of each month.
