GoogleApp softfail
I have some hosts that use GoogleApp in the same linode. But all emails that my VPS sends gmail marks it as a "softfail".
As you can see, I am trying to send from host

I just configured TXT Records for spire.com.br and XYZ.com.br with:
"v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all"
Can anyone help me?

There is a SPF record for spire.com.br, but look ups for empregandormc.com.br is failing on several resolvers. Take a look athttp://revip.info/multidns/empregandormc.com.br/TXT
You need to add the sending IP (linode) address to your SPF record. The "does not designate 173.255.249.67 as permitted sender" error is the clue. I would also recommend you set your reverse DNS to something other than the default linode rDNS.
