"v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all"

Can anyone help me?

There is a SPF record for spire.com.br, but look ups for empregandormc.com.br is failing on several resolvers. Take a look at http://revip.info/multidns/empregandormc.com.br/TXT

You need to add the sending IP (linode) address to your SPF record. The "does not designate 173.255.249.67 as permitted sender" error is the clue. I would also recommend you set your reverse DNS to something other than the default linode rDNS.

You probably also want to set the RDNS (in the linode manager) for 173.255.249.67 to the FQDN your SMTP server is identifying itself as.
