As title,

what could be the Best autoresponder for a system with postfix, dovecot, squirrelmail?

How do you deliver mails? Does Postfix deliver the mails directly or does it hand the mails over to Dovecot?

If Dovecot delivers the mails, then you could use Sieve filters (vacation) as an auto-responder:
