Looking for a sys admin

Hi,

How can I find a good sys admin? Anyone here interested in a part-time / on-call gig?

I am expanding my number of Linodes for backup and hope to add more Linodes in another DC for a load/geo balanced web app and could use an expert to evaluate my plans and help make sure it will all work out.

I would also like to learn along the way.
