Newbie DNS Question

I'm sure its probably very simple, but how do I setupup my DNS servers settings initially? I have BIND runnning on my server right now and what to use it with my .CX domain.

Here is a decent HOWTO for DNS:

I used the examples in there, and then modified them to match what I wanted for my domain.
