same domain multiple servers

When a particular primary server I use with you is down (lightning or power cut) is there a possibility of automatically forwarding my users (traffic) to another duplicate server in another location with the same domain name. i.e

• The users will not know there is a downtime

• my domain links will still exist

What do i need to do to enable this
