Locked out of my server

I installed psad and denyhosts yesterday after getting my setting up my basic configurations. (keep in mind this is my first week with unmanaged hosting) My sites went down this morning and I can't connect via ssh or sftp. Someone said I should connect via lish, which I've done, but I have no clue how to go about uninstalling psad/denyhosts and getting my server back up. Could anyone help me?

Thanks,

Patrick

apt-get remove packagename or yum remove packagename

Edit: make that sudo apt-get remove packagename or sudo yum remove packagename
