Using the DNS Manager for virtual host creation?

When setting up a virtual host (additional domains), am I suppose to add another master domain zone using the DNS Manager? If so, this would be in addition to the accounts default domain zone (which is also a master) that is already setup. Correct?

I followed the directions here:

~~[http://library.linode.com/lamp-guides/ubuntu-10.10-maverick/#configurenamebasedvirtualhosts" target="blank">](http://library.linode.com/lamp-guides/u … tual_hosts">http://library.linode.com/lamp-guides/ubuntu-10.10-maverick/#configurenamebasedvirtual_hosts](

It does not say anything about using the DNS Manager with regards to virtual host. I want to make sure, however.

Thanks

Yes. Setting up the virtual host just tells your linode to answer and how to answer for that domain. You need to separately setup DNS so that the world knows that your linode is answering for that domain.
