Linode staff are geeks and real people they do not send canned responses and they get your issues resolved….. They will work with a customer on billing issues and more.

I can only see Linode growing from here….. I just hope they are able to continue to provide excellent pricing, features, specs and support for as long as I am a customer which I plan to be forever.
