Do all Linodes have 4 processors?

According to the homepage this would be true, but I find the little boxes at the bottom deceiving, do they represent CPU or RAM allocation?

I ask b/c I am looking to buy an 8GB Linode for MySQL and would like to know for sure how many CPUs it will have access to.

Linodes have 4 virtual cpus. The servers have 8 cores, two quads (if memory serves)
