Weekly backup problem.
I'm experiencing a problem on the weekly backup slot.
I activated the service 9 days ago and my weekly backup slot are empty.
I contacted the helpdesk, they are really kind, fast and compentent as always, they are working on my ticket but my question is,
have you ever experienced a similar problem or it is only related to my linode?

unfortunantly problem still there, I am curious to know if I'm the only one with this problem and if there are other person who subscribed this service right now.

It seems that the problem I'm experiencing is bigger than what it seems.
8 days passed and no solution to the problem yet, this is the first ticket who needs so long to be resolved…
