please help me set apache umask

Hello

I use CentOS 5.3 LAMP stack,

I need help to set apache user "umask" to 007,

I do modifying /etc/sysconfig/httpd, and /etc/init.d/httpd too

by adding "umask 007", but that doesnt make it.

please help me in this issue, thank you very much
