Does downgrading or upgrading stay in same data center?

I'm considering a change to my Linode size, but would like to stay in my existing datacenter (Dallas). It's really "close to home," so my latency is really low.

If I use the online tool to change, will I get the opportunity to pick a datacenter? Or is the new host within the current datacenter? Or is it the luck of the draw?
