Pro-rated refund after cancelation

Hi,

I apologize if this is the wrong place to make this request, but after I canceled my account I can no longer login to submit a support request.

We canceled our Linode account in mid September, and were expecting to get a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the amount paid for September. As of September 29, our credit card statement still doesn't show the refund.

When can we expect to see this refund?

I was a bit confused by this when I cancelled one of my linodes after it got hacked. The refund is credited against your account, but not automatically refunded.

If you log in to the control panel and click Account you should see a line that says "Current Balance: $xx.xx credit"

Thanks for the help. I clearly missed that option when I canceled the account. I think it's all straightened out now.
