DO you have a time frame? I hope you understand that people value time or they can take their business elsewhere. I have input my card information and validated my email and phone and still unable to open an account? If the account is rejected, then do you intend on holding on to my private information, if yes how long?

I have lost interest in hosting my company app with Linode already.
