Stripe Webhook issues

Hello,
I'm having a lot of trouble with a Stripe outgoing Webhook on our site. I'm getting a 401 error code and a lot of 500 error codes.
The form providers are suggesting that it may have something to do with a mod_security rule, but this is something that I'm unfamiliar with.
Any guidance/assistance that you may be able to provide would be very much appreciated!

Linode has an awesome guide on ModSecurity. There is also another community post about checking logs in your server. Your logs may also provide some insight on rectifying this issue.
