Great Guys with Great Business Ethics...

I recently joined linode may be one or two weeks back. To be honest I was unable to decide between SliceHost and Linode, escpecially considering recent RackSpace aquisition.

I opened account at both places continued testing and reading reviews around. It added more confusion as they are very much comparable in terms of quality of servers and service. For Linode, using their 7 day test and refund policy I at least cancelled and requested refund 4 times. And every time I got a prompt reply along with refund confirmation. Only at the last time they did ask, why I signed up and cancelled but that too after issuing refund.

To me this was real test of business ethics a company follows (though I was probably abusing theur 7 day refund policy) and won me over as a customer.

I just hope they continue providing the same quality service, service and do business in a same way!
