HOWTO: Create a BSDNode

Astute observers may have noted the addition of pv-grub as 'z - testing' in the kernel list some days(weeks?) ago. I've recently suceeded in using this pv-grub to boot, for the first time, a BSD (specifically, netbsd) on a Linode - and now you can too!
