Refund Request Confirmation

Hello,

I recently tried out linode but failed to get a viable system in the 7-day trial period and, as a result, requested a full refund pursuant to your 7-day full refund policy.

I have not received confirmation of receipt of the request, nor confirmation of the refund.

Please let me know if this is already in progress or whether I'll need to have my card reject payment.

Hello -

Refunds are not automated, and need to be requested via the cancellation form. We cannot determine your Linode.com username from your post, so if you could please e-mail us at support@linode.com we can verify that the refund was processed.
