Hi I still have pending status on my new 360 account

I understand things are all done manually and would appreciate some help. My username is the same as in this forum

My payment was accepted immediately
Someone possibly rang me up on my skypein but didn't leave a message and there was no CLI record
It has been 36 hours and I have quite a few things to do

Driving license is inferred in the e-mail, however any document that identifies you as the cardholder is acceptable (passport, etc).

Perhaps the information here needs to be placed on the order form? Might cut down on these type of posts.
