Request to Reopen Port 25 for My VPS
When I initially created the VPS, port 25 (465 and 587) was open and functioning as expected. However, I’ve noticed that after a few days, the port seems to have been restricted or blocked.
Port 25 is essential for the mail server I am going to configure, as it facilitates outgoing email communication. I kindly request that you review the current restrictions on port 25 for my VPS and reopen it if possible.
My Linode account was created before Tuesday, 5 November, 2019 (perhaps in 2014).

The best thing to do would be to open a support ticket to have the Support Team take a closer look at your specific Linode's ports settings.
