Delete Account

I'd like to have my account deleted given I will not be using it as intended. Additionally, I am unable to get past the Verify Your phone number stage (SMS OTP). Can I be assisted?

You should be able to still submit a ticket with the support team for assistance on regaining access to your account. Once that is done, they can provide next steps on how to cancel your account.

You will need to send an email to: Support@linode.com

If you are having issues logging into your account, this email require information such as your account's username, or your name, and the last 6 digits of the payment method you are using for billing purposes. They will also want an alternate email address as which to contact you.

Once you provide them with that information and a brief description as to what your issue is, they should be able to assist you further.
