Billing Cycle and Promotional Credits

I have promotional credits expiring in 2024-10-01 and the billing cycle ends on the last day of the month. In this case, 2024-09-30. If I have accrued charges, will the promotional credits apply?

Credits that are set to expire at the end of the month will be applied to the next months invoice. For example, If a credit expires on August 30th, you will still see the credit on September 1st's invoice covering services from August.
