hook me! button dosen't work in linode beef and i can't obviusly access the files in the termianl ubuntu

Are you receiving a specific error when trying to use the button? These errors are usually accompained with an error code, such as this one:

Also, when trying to access via the terminal are you using LISH (the Linode SHell) or another method?
