Can I use a Shared CPU as a Staking Ethereum node?

I was wondering to use my Shared CPU node as a Staking Ethereum node.

Is this allowed? if so, what are the conditions?

or should I use a Dedicated CPU node?

In short, you should use Dedicated CPU plans since excessive CPU uage on Shared plans is against our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
