No matter what I do, communication to the outside is being blocked.

Access from the VPX on Linode to Gandi is being blocked. I spent two hours searching for a support contact to email about this issue, but it seems there is no dedicated support for this matter. Should I switch servers? Can someone help me?

This is likely due to the port being blocked, which is explained further in this post on our Community Site:

I just created my first Linode and I can’t send emails. Why? (Mailing ports 25, 465, and 587 blocked by default)

That will explain how to request help with this issue from our support team. You can always reach us, 24/7 by phone or email or by opening a Support Ticket.
