i am late to pay monthly payment. But paid now. as i pay now how can i start my website to run ? i have rebooted also.

It looks like your site is currently up. In the future, if this happens, you'll want to look into the web server and database services to make sure that they restarted and check the networking to make sure that it came back up after the reboot. These guides should help with that:
