Adding plesk new activation code in server
My plesk subscription expired but renewed with new activation key which need to be entered in linode server. unable to login our plesk control panel. even forgot password reset mail is not getting. what is alternate to do this activity? Please suggest.

I looked into how to log into Plesk, which they talk about on their Support Page. While we can't help with the Plesk login information, the second option there is to use your root credentials.
To reset your root password, you can follow this guide. Unless you took steps to disable root logins, you should be able to login with root.
From there, you may be able to change the password of other users. If that's not working out, you'd want to reach out to Plesk's Support team to ask about recovering a user password.
