Not getting $100 credit for new account
I don't know how to apply the $100 promo code.

If you signed up expecting a promo code, but do not see it on your Cloud Manager's Account tab, it's possible your promo code was not applied correctly during signup. Please contact Linode Support through the Cloud Manager to receive assistance with this issue.
