Can't create backup image ?
Attempting to create an image just gives the following error:
There was a problem creating Image "working website backup 27-Jan-2024." Learn more about image technical specifications.

It's likely that the image didn't meet one of the technical specifications listed there. The most common of those is the image size.
If you'd like to open a Support Ticket, we can investigate the specific reason. If the issue is the size, as this post mentions you can remove some of the files that are not part of the default image to reduce the size.
Since you're looking to use this as a backup rather than an typical default image, you may want to look into other methods of backing up your data.
