My Linode was hacked and I lost the information
hello
My Linode was hacked and my users, emails and passwords changed, I couldn't log in until after a day of suffering. I had 3 servers and contracted the backup service, when I was able to log in they bought several premium servers.
My servers were deleted and only one of them is as IMAGE, the others deleted. I need to get them back, my clients are upset.
I have paid for the backup service and I need to know how I can recover the information, I have lost everything and in it the data of hundreds of clients.
Can someone please help me so I can recover my LINODE, what should I do?
I need help me please

In instances where your Linode has been maliciously or mistakenly deleted AND a recovery image has not be created, time is of the essence. If Linodes have ever been accidentally or maliciously deleted from your account and you realize that a recovery Image has not visibly been created on your account, you have around 72 hours post-deletion before the disk image is permanently unrecoverable.
To increase the chances of data recovery, you should always reach out to Support by phone or ticket as soon as possible to alert us to the issue. Once we are aware of the problem, we will attempt to prevent the image from being lost and will then work to redeploy as-able so that you are able to recover any data present before deletion.
Please keep in mind that aside from using our Backups Service and the recovery Image that automatically gets created during Linode deletion, we do not have retroactive ways to preserve your data. This Docs page goes into more detail about the various ways you can work to make your data more resilient:
In the worst case instance that a file has been deleted without another copy existing somewhere and without your server being backed up, you may still have a slim chance to recover it.
