I was checking and trying to log in with you guy and it turns out I don't have an account with you,yet money was deducted twice from my account through PayPal,Why???

While it's possible there was a pre-authorization charge which is discussed further in this post, it's also possible there is another explanation.
If it's possible that you signed up previously and deployed services, I'd recommend trying to recover your username and reset your password to see if you can get access.
I'd also recommend checking your email to see if you can find any invoices that line up with those charges. You can reply directly to those invoices if you have questions.

I had the same problem with PayPal. They charged two time from my wallet so I even asked some friends to get 200$ now additional money to pay for service. Currently is everything OK and support helped me, so you better call them as soon as posible!
