Why do I get a 0.01$ bill even if I stopped using all services?

For the last few months, I have been getting a 0.01$ invoice that just says "Outbound Transfer Overage". Could someone please explain to me why this happens and how can I avoid it?

That doesn't sound like it's working as it should and we'll need to investigate on our end. If you ever see billing discprencencies, feel free to open a Support Ticket so we can double check for you.

If the bill is incorrect, we would need access to your account to take care of it for you. If the bill is right but you want to Stop Further Billing and are having trouble doing that, we would have more information about why it's happening and how to stop it.
