How to install 3CX debian 10 on Linode Server

I did some research and these instructions may help you to install what you need. I can also see from previous tickets that our customers do sometimes use 3CX on our platform, so it's definitely something that can be done.
I did want to point out that those instructions suggest that the install will be unsupported. I also can't say how this will work with Linode's tools and services like Network Helper or Backups, though I don't see any specific hurdles to this. Our Support Team team may also face some limitations in helping out if there are problems, but we're always happy to try. All of this is true of any custom distribution, which many of our users successfully host here.
I also saw some discussion in past tickets about the cost of running these servers. They were historically hosted on our cheapest Nanode plan, but the current technical requirements for 3CX call for 2 CPUs, which the Nanode doesn't provide. It looks like our shared 4GB plan should work for small workloads, but you can use the two links in this paragraph to compare and figure out what setup works for you.
