How do I move my payment from the 1st to the 20th? (or another date)
Is it possible to move my payment date from the 1st to the 20th? (for budgeting purposes?)
Thanks,
Jim

Hi there Jim,
There's really no way to change the date that invoices go out. That said, I think there could be a workaround. If you prepay on the 20th of each month, you could essentially move your payment date up. This is also a lot easier to do if your spend doesn't change much each month.
If you know you spend $20 a month and expect an invoice for $20 on January 1st, you could instead pay that on the 20th of December by making a one-time payment. That payment would sit as a credit until the 1st and our system would then take the amount due from the credit rather than charge your card on file. It does mean you would have paid twice in December, but moving forward, your budget would be on track.
The downside to this is that an automatic payment won't happen and you'll have to do it manually. However, if you're good with scripting, you could set up something using our API to make a payment that runs as a cron job.
If you need time to figure this out, feel free to open a Support Ticket and request and extension. We're happy to take a look and see if we can help.
